Need to keep saving for Unwavering Devotion & Crit +13/15 Stones for Heavenly God's Gauntlets, www.aionarmory.com/item.aspx that I almost have! 6/6 Silver Medals, 32,504/35,500 Abyss Points, so close!

So I'd totally forgotten to post here, Aion's pre-selection starts tomorrow, which basically lets you make your character a few days early, as  well as reserve names! You can register 2 characters per account, and they'll be your characters for the 48-hr headstart & full retail version of Aion.

Pre-selection: 3pm Est - 9/18/09
Headstart - 3pm Est - 9/20/09

Can't wait! I'll be on Vaizel with Richardd, a few FFXI & RL friends, and Excellence. The BlueGartr Legion will also be there! Seems like a very well rounded ffxi server, as most of the 11 players will  be there!

Few Aion video's, first one is my Gladiator just grinding in the Abyss! Second one was made by my friend Jazper, showin' our dance skills lol.

All right, so as many of you know, I've been fooling around in the Aion beta! The way they've been doing the Beta is every other weekend they open up the servers for a focused event.

• The first weekend was Lv.1-10 Elyos (A race, my race!) to start everyone out
• The second weekend was Lv.1-20 Asmodian (Elyos too, but they wanted people to focus on Asmo's) to get the ball rollin' a bit more
• The third weekend was Lv.1-25 for both races, as the main PvP area opens up at Lv.25
• This past weekend (4th) was Lv.1-30 for both races, opening up even more pvp possibilities

Now, as I've been playing I've tried quite a few classes. Templar, Ranger, and Gladiator, in that order. To get those advanced classes, you must hit Lv.10 on one of the basic jobs (Warrior, Mage, Priest, and Scout), but there are also a few other classes, but that's what I've played so far!

The weekend coming to an end, figured I'd just hang out for a little before servers went down.

Because there are so many people focusing on the starter quests around towns, it can get a bit populated at some hours, but there's plenty of stuff to do mean while.. like dueling! This was my second duel, the first one this Gladiator beat me (Hey he was a level higher and my first duel!) but then I threw down some serious rapefest once I figured out a bit more about PvP =D

Harvesting, there's a TON of quests that involve harvesting skill once you hit Lv.15+ so keep your skill leveled! I did on my Templar and Ranger.. but didn't on my Gladiator, going back to do that in this pic lol.



Ground Zero, the bottom of the Fortress, has an Elevator that takes you upstairs and a gate to The Abyss below it!

One of the Campaign bosses, our RapeParty took him down easily though! (Gladiator x3, Ranger, Sorceror, and a Cleric) Was the best party setup I've seen so far, with extremely skilled players.

So, as this Beta weekend came to a close, I can say I still LOVE this game, it's only getting more & more interesting and crazy awesome. It's what I think FF would have looked like if there weren't "Ps2 limitationslol" along with gameplay combining most of the sucessful MMO's out there today. Hope to see many more people playing it once it's finally out!

So, finally hit 75 Sam again roughly a bit over a month after I started playing again! I'm pretty happy with my Tp gear, Ws gear needs some work though!



Main Gear Goals:

• 5 Meditate
• Cap Overwhelm
• Blade Bash
• Shikikoyo

Other Goals:

• Work on capping Polearm & Gkt, damn level sync!
• Finish full Usukane, lol.
• Just have fun!

Overall, right now I'm just having tons of fun playing Sam and just doing small events with friends. I'll post other gear sets (Polearm Tp, Penta, oShit, oShit Nuke) once they're looking more complete, although Polearm/Penta look very sexy!

Now, I've gotten offers from various Ls's to go to and all are very tempting, but a few rl friends have started playing on Garuda again, so I'm staying here for the time being, sorry guys! Not to say that I won't eventually go some where though :p We'll see!

Salvage:
So, if you've talked to me lately you'll have heard about our rediculous drop rates over the last 2 weeks...

Needless to say, we're extremely happy! Grats to all who got stuff :D

So, I know there's been quite a few people playing Aion, either in the Chinese Beta, the Chinese retail version, or the NA closed Beta with me! This got posted on BG, it's a tournament between 2 teams and from what I understand, it shows a good bit of how PvP works.

First Fight: Sorcerer vs Templar
Second Fight: Sorcerer vs Assassin
Third Fight: Gladiator vs Assassin
Fourth Fight: Gladiator vs Templar
Fifth Fight: Templar vs Templar

I can't wait for this in September! I'll be rollin' a Gladiator this next upcoming beta event (July 17th weekend!) on Seil, so more people should join us!

So, as many know but not all have heard, I've started playing FFXI again on my old mule, Pherion! My major plan is to totally relevel Sam back to 75 and do Salvage! Now, Salvage is prolly my favorite event ever in FFXI, period, hands down, whatever! So, my Salvage loving habits took over and I started looking for a Salvage shell/group, and what did I find but one of the best if not the best on Garuda now, led by Matthias & Deathadder.

So far, I'm loving the group, the whole crew is very helpful, very skilled, fun to hang around with, and dependable. Now, don't get me wrong.. I LOVED leading Team Vice/Bacon, but it's really nice not to have to worry about being the leader anymore, it does get stressful at times lol. Unfortunately last night, we were short one for Salvage so we decided to put together an exp pt in the good ol' jungles!

Just hit 67 Sam, I suppose some gear shots are in order lol. Mind you, Pher's Samurai was 37 when I started, so the rough part was taken care of, but he didn't have ANY gear minus Rajas when I started...Jez & myself camped for the Ochimusha Kote & Sarutobi Kyahan, but gave him the Sarutobi when they dropped and he gave me his Fuma's!

Props to the group that semi-accidently found out that duping in Sandworm still works LOL, that takes balls right there. Sandworm duping still works. Discuss.

My post will be available to read as soon as it's accepted by their Mod's. Goal of this is to get Square Enix's attention and maybe eventually get Accounts toned down from perma ban's to suspensions. I know what I did was wrong, but I think the punishment was too harsh, and I'd like to let them know just how many people agree.
